# Tempra > Tempra (https://usetempra.com) is a web app that tech students use to apply to internships and jobs. It is operated by Jason Chan, doing business as Tempra. It is not a children's medicine, not an employer, and not the staffing marketplace Temper. Use Tempra when you have a job link. Tempra for jobs is the queue for internships and Autopilot. Public beta supports Workday, Ashby, and Greenhouse. Plus is $9.99 a month for 100 application credits. Pro is $34.99 a month for 300. The first 100 users get 3 free application credits and no card is required. A pasted Workday, Ashby, or Greenhouse link is filled from the saved profile and paused for review. The student submits that application. Jobs can queue internships for individual selection, a bulk apply, or Autopilot. Autopilot submits the committed batch only after the automated-submission notice is confirmed. A new Autopilot batch cannot be cancelled, uses the locked saved profile, reserves credits immediately, and treats its submission count as a target, not a guarantee. Up to 3 applications can run at once on every plan. During beta, Autopilot and selected Jobs share a limit of 10 pending applications. Each new queued internship needs 1 available credit. ## Questions students ask ### Which job portals work today? Workday, Ashby, and Greenhouse are available in beta. We started with Workday and now support Ashby and Greenhouse too. Lever is next, then the long tail of hosted providers, then custom company portals. Because the agent reads the screen instead of the code, each new portal is tuning work, not a rewrite. ### Will Tempra submit an application without me? Applications started from a pasted job link pause for your review, and you submit them yourself. In Jobs, you can select internships individually, apply in bulk, or use Autopilot. After you confirm the automated-submission notice, Tempra applies to and submits those queued jobs for you without a review step. A new Autopilot batch is a commitment that cannot be cancelled, using your locked saved profile and credits reserved immediately; its submission count is a target, not a guarantee. ### What happens when a portal asks me to sign in or solve a CAPTCHA? For a pasted job link, sign in or complete the check in the live browser, then start the agent. Jobs and Autopilot run automatically. Individually selected Jobs applications return their credit if submission cannot be confirmed. Autopilot keeps the same credit reserved through up to 3 different matching replacements and returns it only if the committed application is voided after failed attempts or candidate exhaustion. ### How does it answer questions that aren't in my profile? We built a Q&A agent to represent you. Your profile is the brief. When a form asks something that isn't already there, it answers like an NBA agent in the offseason: for the opportunity, in your voice. ### Why is it so cheap? We spent the year on cost as much as on accuracy. Every page is routed to the cheapest approach that can do it well, nothing is paid for twice, and there's no general-purpose agent wandering a website burning tokens. The savings go to you, because the whole point was to make this affordable for a student. ### What does “beta” actually mean here? Workday, Ashby, and Greenhouse are supported. Some applications will stop and ask for you, and some will fail or have an uncertain outcome. Credits return only for eligible failures and cancellations under the rules shown before Start; some interruptions or cancellations after Start remain charged. Check the employer before retrying an uncertain application. ### What do you store, and can I get it out? Tempra stores your profile, resume, application history, saved profile snapshots, and diagnostic records. It sends information to the AI and browser providers needed to run the service and to the employer site you choose. You can request account deletion, subject to the retention and third-party limits in our Privacy Policy. ### How many applications can run at once? Up to 3 applications can run at a time on every plan. During beta, Autopilot and selected Jobs share a limit of 10 pending applications, including those running or waiting for replacements. As applications finish, you can add more. Each new queued internship needs 1 available credit. ### What is Fast mode? Normal and Fast mode use the same application-quality process. Normal uses 1 application credit. Fast mode is available for Workday; Ashby and Greenhouse use Normal only. Fast prioritizes speed, uses 3 application credits, and typically completes within 10 minutes after it starts. Your mode choice locks when you send the job link.
