Use Tempra when you want a tech internship or job application filled from your profile instead of typed by hand. A pasted link stays in your hands at the end: you review it, and you submit it.
Start with a job link
Create an account, then add the profile and resume Tempra asks for. Paste a Workday, Ashby, or Greenhouse link. Tempra opens the employer’s application and fills it from that saved profile.
Applications started from a pasted job link pause for your review, and you submit them yourself. If the portal asks you to sign in or solve a CAPTCHA, you do that in the live browser, then start the agent.
Normal mode uses 1 application credit. Fast mode is available for Workday, uses 3 credits, keeps the same application quality, and typically finishes within 10 minutes after it starts. Ashby and Greenhouse use Normal mode only. Your mode choice locks when you send the job link.
When you want a queue instead
Tempra for jobs is the other way to use Tempra. Choose internships, apply in bulk, or let Autopilot submit a batch after you confirm the automated-submission notice. That path does not pause for a review on each application.

Questions
Will Tempra submit an application without me?
Applications started from a pasted job link pause for your review, and you submit them yourself. In Jobs, you can select internships individually, apply in bulk, or use Autopilot. After you confirm the automated-submission notice, Tempra applies to and submits those queued jobs for you without a review step. A new Autopilot batch is a commitment that cannot be cancelled, using your locked saved profile and credits reserved immediately; its submission count is a target, not a guarantee.
Which job portals work today?
Workday, Ashby, and Greenhouse are available in beta. We started with Workday and now support Ashby and Greenhouse too. Lever is next, then the long tail of hosted providers, then custom company portals. Because the agent reads the screen instead of the code, each new portal is tuning work, not a rewrite.
What happens when a portal asks me to sign in or solve a CAPTCHA?
For a pasted job link, sign in or complete the check in the live browser, then start the agent. Jobs and Autopilot run automatically. Individually selected Jobs applications return their credit if submission cannot be confirmed. Autopilot keeps the same credit reserved through up to 3 different matching replacements and returns it only if the committed application is voided after failed attempts or candidate exhaustion.
What is Fast mode?
Normal and Fast mode use the same application-quality process. Normal uses 1 application credit. Fast mode is available for Workday; Ashby and Greenhouse use Normal only. Fast prioritizes speed, uses 3 application credits, and typically completes within 10 minutes after it starts. Your mode choice locks when you send the job link.
